Mr. Riche’s entire career has been in healthcare, initially on the carrier side at Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Bradford Administrative Services (the former Medicaid intermediary). The last 25+ years have been dedicated to exclusively servicing the business needs of physicians. In 1980, Mr. Riche was a founding principle in DX systems for Health, Inc., a privately owned medical management and billing organization. He continued in an executive capacity in the succeeding publicly held acquiring entities. In 1995, he helped form HTM, which services the business needs of physicians through a wide scope of consulting, practice management and business services. Mr. Riche has lectured locally and nationally to physicians and their staff.
Mr. Riche has a BBA in Marketing Management from Bernard Baruch, CUNY and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Iona College. Additionally, he received a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) from Adelphi University. |

Ms. Siegel has been involved in the healthcare industry for the past 25 years. Ms. Siegel began her career with DX Systems for Health (later acquired by CyCare and subsequently by Medaphis) providing financial management support to large and diverse hospital based clientele. Ms. Siegel became and Account Executive managing some of the practices of the same clientele. In 1986, she became Director of Client Services. Ms. Siegel directed a staff of Practice Management professionals that managed the practices of clients’ billing in excess of $125 million annually. Her responsibilities included practice budgeting and forecasting, payor relations and credentialing, AR Management, professional relations and all aspects of client satisfaction. In 1995, she helped form HTM, which services the business needs of physicians through a wide scope of consulting, practice management and business services.

Mr. McHale has 25 years management experience, the last 17 of which has been spent in the healthcare industry. Mr. McHale joined CyCare in 1989. CyCare was acquired by Medaphis in 1993. He spent two years as an Operations Manager, overseeing the remittance processing department. He then became a senior Senior Account Executive, managing hospital and office based medical practices. In 1992, Mr. McHale began managing the Practice Management and clerical support staff. During this time he was responsible for managing all aspects of Practice Production monitoring, Quality Assurance, Accounts Receivable management, management report production, coding and fee schedule reviews, credentialing and overall client satisfaction. In 1995, he helped form HTM, which services the business needs of physicians through a wide scope of consulting, practice management and business services.
Mr. McHale has a BS degree in Management from the State University of New York. |

Mr. Klein has over 30 years management experience with the last 25+ in Management Information Services. Mr. Klein joined CyCare in 1981. CyCare’s Practice Management Division was acquired by Medaphis Physician Services Corporation in 1993. He has been in the New York Practice Management office since 1986. He has been involved in all aspects of data processing including systems designs, project management, operational planning, telecommunications, data entry administration, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Klein is an expert at PC applications and network technology. In 1995 he helped form HTM, which services the business needs of physicians through a wide scope of consulting, practice management and business services.
