HTM offers an economical way to evaluate your practice’s financial model. For only $495, HTM can compare your practice’s financial performance to a successful model for your specialty. The written report will provide you with a document that can help you evaluate the propriety of revenue and expenses for your practice.
       
     
Fee Schedule Evaluation
HTM offers an economical way to evaluate your practice’s fee schedule. It’s not unusual for practices to be leaving money on the table by under pricing selective services. For only $295, HTM will compare your practice’s fee schedule to carrier reimbursement policies. For an additional $200 (usually $295), HTM will compare your practices E and M coding to general carrier expectations based on your specialty. For only $295, HTM will compare your practices E & M coding to general carrier expectations based on your specialty. Insurance Carrier Participation Evaluation
The decision to continue to participate in one or more insurance plans is complicated and can have significant financial implications to a practice. The size of the practice, schedule, physician capacity, payer mix and other factors affect analysis.
HTM offers an economical way to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of continued participation in one or more plans. The cost of this service is dependent upon the size of the practice, number of plans being evaluated and availability of the required documentation. It is usually around $1,500. This consultation is a comprehensive review of key elements of your practice including: financial model, coding, billing protocols, staffing, fee schedule and anything unique to your practice.
